Sizing
Measure the neck with a soft tape, snug but not tight, then add two fingers. The size guide on each product page is the same one we use at the arch.

Send anything of ours back at any age and we will quote a repair before we sell you a new one. Roughly a third of what arrives is an old collar.

Made to order, usually five to seven days at the bench, then shipped. If you need a date for a gift, say so in the note and we'll be honest about the timing.
